Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these condition



Before riding all competitors must sign a day attendance/indemnity form; and if not a current SAQ Member, pay an additional non member day membership insurance levy $15.00


1.             No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate. An admin fee of $10 will be deducted.

2.             SAQ Dressage and EFA Rules apply during this competition.  Nomination and subsequently entering the competition acknowledges your acceptance of these.

3.             One horse one rider – maximum  4 classes per horse (Challenge Classes subject to SAQ committee decision)

4.             The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.

5.             Complying helmets must be worn, spot checks may occur.

6.             Gear Check: required for all riders before each test.

7.             Only snaffle bits & single bridles are permitted in ALL tests – no exceptions

8.             Dressage dress standards as per SAQ Rules apply.

9.             Stallions permitted but must be bitted & restrained at ALL times

10.          Competitors should ensure that they have access to the correct tests. Test sheets are available on the SAQ website

11.          Dogs are prohibited without exception.

12.          Queries, protests, horse abuse, rules as per the SAQ rules.

13.          Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the SAQ accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other

person or property.

14.          Draw will be sent to the email address on the nomination form.

15.          Horse Health Declaration Form to be handed in upon collection of number.Numbers to be collected from the canteen area after 7am.
